- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, grated or finely minced
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice - 3⁄4 teaspoon fine sea salt, more if needed (adjust according to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (4-6 ounce) Alaskan Cod fillets
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees (F). Line a large baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the cod, toss well to mix thoroughly, set aside.
- Sprinkle spice mixture onto each piece of cod, turn and repeat.
- Place fillets on prepared baking dish.
- Bake until firm, about 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve with lemon wedges.
